Penang Women’s Development Corporation-PWDC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ReSkills EdTech to provide Penangites with 2000 complimentary learning access to reskills.com, an online training portal.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by its founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jin Tan and PWDC represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Ong Bee Leng. The ceremony was witnessed by YB Puan Lim Siew Khim, EXCO Pembangunan Sosial, Kebajikan dan Hal Ehwal Bukan Islam, Mandy Leow, programme officer of PWDC; and Ken Lim, the Chief Business Officer of ReSkills EdTech.
